Terms of Service

These terms govern the services supplied by 지엑스소프트 (“Company”) through viewer.run. By creating an account or using a server-side feature, you agree to these terms and applicable policies.

1. Browser-based viewing of supported CAD, 3D, office document, PDF, SVG and ICO files.
2. Local viewing, supported remote URLs, server storage, download and file management.
3. Layer controls, zoom, measurement, export, comparison and printing where the selected viewer supports them.
4. Organization workspaces, collaboration, sharing, audit and administrative tools according to plan entitlements.
5. Unsupported formats or server conversion features are not promised unless expressly shown as available in the product.

1. You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials.
2. Workspace owners and administrators manage invitations, roles and access. They must have authority to act for their organization.
3. You may not access another user’s files, workspace or administrative functions without permission.
4. External sharing links must be distributed only to intended recipients and managed with appropriate expiry and permissions.

1. Local files are processed in the browser and are not stored by the Company unless you explicitly upload them or invoke a server feature.
2. Server files may include the original name, size, storage reference, uploader, thumbnails and compatibility metadata required to provide the service.
3. You must hold the rights and permissions needed to upload, view and share every file.
4. Rendering may differ from the originating application because of browser, font, SHX, format-version or feature limitations. Verify critical decisions against the source file and an authoritative tool.

1. Free, Pro, Team and Enterprise plans have different storage, version, sharing, collaboration and security entitlements shown on the pricing page.
2. Local viewing remains available regardless of plan; server storage, collaboration, sharing and security controls are entitlement-limited.
3. A creator may start one card-free 14-day Team trial with up to five trial seats.
4. At trial expiry or after a downgrade, over-limit data is not automatically deleted. The workspace may become read-only while viewing and download remain available.

1. Displayed public prices include VAT. Pro costs KRW 19,000 monthly or KRW 190,000 annually. Team costs KRW 39,000 per active seat monthly or KRW 390,000 per active seat annually.
2. Annual prices equal ten monthly payments. The active seat quantity determines the Team amount.
3. Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew for the same term at the then-disclosed price unless cancellation is scheduled before the next renewal date.
4. Paid entitlements start only after confirmed payment or explicit manual activation by an administrator.
5. If online billing is unavailable, a plan request remains pending until an administrator confirms its term and activation.
6. Card numbers and CVC values are processed by the displayed payment provider and are not stored by viewer.run.

1. Your subscription page displays the billing interval, service term, next renewal, payment status and scheduled cancellation.
2. You may schedule cancellation before renewal and withdraw that request before it takes effect. Scheduled cancellation applies at the end of the current service term.
3. After payment failure, the Company may retry payment or provide a grace period. When the grace period expires, the workspace may become read-only without deleting data.
4. Refund eligibility and amount depend on actual use, the payment method, applicable law and the published refund policy. An approved full refund is returned through the original payment provider.
5. Payment and contract records may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary to resolve disputes.

1. Uploading or sharing confidential, copyrighted or personal data without authority.
2. Abusive automation, denial-of-service activity, quota evasion or security testing without authorization.
3. Attempting privilege escalation, cross-workspace access or circumvention of plan limits.
4. Using the service in violation of law, these terms or published operational policies.

1. The Company may limit service to maintain security, comply with law, respond to incidents or address a material breach.
2. The service is a review aid and does not replace authoritative CAD, engineering, legal or safety review.
3. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for file contents, third-party rights or business decisions except where loss results from its willful misconduct or gross negligence.
